Helen started in the recruitment industry in 2002 and has experience working for smaller start-up recruitment businesses to larger corporations. In 2008, Helen launched her first recruitment business but due to the economy at the time, she decided to close the doors in 2010 and focus on her family and expanding her knowledge & skill set.

With her experience and knowledge in the management and executive market, she launched King Recruit in 2015. Her aim was to partner with the best talent in the Southwest and match their skill set to the fastest-growing Southwest companies.
