Mark always knew he wanted to work in sales, and after travelling to the UK from Canada and speaking with a number of recruiters, he decided to take the plunge and became a recruiter himself. Mark worked hard in the industry but would find himself struggling to keep up. But being incredibly driven, Mark decided to search for a coach and mentor to help improve his skills and to move up the leaderboard. 
 
From his experience of working with the coach, Mark decided his true passion was actually learning and development within the recruitment industry. 

Since then, Mark has set up The Recruitment Coach in 2001 and the very successful podcast, The Resilient Recruiter to do just that.
