Niall and Mark both started their careers as Chartered Accountants, but Niall wanted the new challenge of working within recruitment.

 

Niall then introduced Mark to the recruitment industry. After building their business relationship for 3 years, they decided it was time to start their own recruitment business in 2018 and joined the Recruitment Entrepreneur portfolio with Darwin Hawkins.
