Jenny started her recruitment career at Hays and quickly jumped onto the opportunity to introduce and run the HR sector within the company. After a successful 20 years within the industry and with the UK coming out of Covid-19, Jenny decided now was the time to set up her own company and started Bohemian HR.

Jenny partnered with Recruitment Entrepreneur’s REflex offering to support her on the journey of building a successful business. She has since gone from strength to strength within the human resources sector. She offers not only recruitment but also Bohemian HR Flex, an ad-hoc interim model for small businesses.
